Job Summary: The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving conversions for Bootstart spaces. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand client requirements to offer suitable workspace solutions.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Convert leads into site visits and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with Community Managers and Operations teams for client onboarding.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
• Conduct virtual or physical tours of Bootstart spaces for potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects post-visits and negotiate contract terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation quality.
• Stay updated with competitors, pricing, and coworking market trends.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer orientation with problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, ZOHO, and digital communication tools.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
