Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and managing client accounts. Key daily tasks include driving inside sales efforts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service, and growing the company’s customer base. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets effectively is also a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Account Management and relationship building with clients
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior sales experience, specifically in education or skill development industries, is an advantage

Immediate joiners with prior edtech experience is mandatory. Laptop is a must.
