Inside Sales and Service Representative

As a Sales Representative, your role will involve reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, and online platforms. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services to meet those needs. Following up on leads and closing sales to meet or exceed targets will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
