Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize outreach strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus. Prior experience in telesales, B2B/B2C sales, or customer service preferred.
