Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online platforms. You will need to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations. Following up on leads and closing sales to meet or exceed targets will be crucial in this role. It will also be essential to maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems and collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to enhance outreach strategies. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a results-driven mindset. Building rapport quickly and effectively handling objections are skills that will be beneficial in succeeding in this role. Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus, and prior experience in telesales, B2B/B2C sales, or customer service is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance and leave encashment. The compensation package includes a yearly bonus.
