As an Inside Sales professional in a full-time on-site role at our Dwarka location, you will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets through proactive client engagement. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, possess strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrate the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and exhibit excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Experience in the tour and travel or organic products industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,
