Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Executive Client Acquisition is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and online meetings. This role focuses on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to drive interest and sales.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos or consultations.
• Maintain an active pipeline and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign efforts and feedback.
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 13 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling [insert specific product/service, if any, e.g., SaaS, digital marketing services].
• Knowledge of sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
