Eqaro Guarantees is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with marketing leads through outbound calls and convert them into successful sales.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings through proactive communication.

• Identify and extract relevant data from multiple sources to build a strong prospect pipeline.

• Support operational processes related to bond creation and customer KYC.

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily and weekly sales reports.

• Collaborate closely with the team to achieve individual and organizational targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Confident in client handling and presentation.

• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

• Comfortable with a 6-day working schedule.

• Experience in inside sales, tele sales, or client servicing will be an added advantage.
