Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored IT Hardware rental/lease solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely responses to customer inquiries.

• Track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service offerings.

• Assist customers in managing their accounts, billing, and contract renewals.

• Develop regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.

Good to Have:

• Experience with up-selling and cross-selling IT Hardware solutions to existing clients, identifying opportunities for expanding services and increasing revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

• A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.

• Familiarity with CRM software and tools. • Knowledge of IT hardware services and leasing models is a plus.
