Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery for all

  Digital Business

  programs across global clients.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery using modern engineering best practices.
  
• Drive adoption of

  latest digital technologies

  across projects: Cloud, AI/ML, Data, DevOps, Automation, Microservices, API-led architectures, etc.
• Govern delivery, escalations, budgets, timelines, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
  

Digital Transformation & Technology Strategy

• Build and execute the

  Digital Delivery Strategy

  aligned with Cyients growth vision.
• Ensure solutions are future-ready with strong emphasis on:
  

• Cloud Engineering

  (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Data & Analytics

  (Data Lakes, Pipelines, MLOps, Big Data)

• AI/ML Engineering

  (LLMs, GenAI, Computer Vision, Predictive Models)

• DevOps & SRE

  (CI/CD, IaC, Automation, Observability)

• Cybersecurity & Zero Trust

• IoT, Edge, and Digital Platforms

• Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators, and digital assets.
  

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and mentor large engineering teams across cloud, data, AI, and DevOps domains.
  
• Build competency development roadmaps to ensure teams are skilled on

  latest technologies

  .
• Strengthen hiring strategies for digital talent (Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, DevOps, Full Stack Engineers, etc.).
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, automation, engineering excellence, and continuous learning.
  

Customer Management

• Build strong CXO-level relationships and function as a trusted advisor.
  
• Handle executive-level communications, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
  
• Identify risks, opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
  
• Grow accounts by identifying digital transformation opportunities.
  

Operational Excellence

• Run delivery operations with measurable KPIs: quality, velocity, productivity, cost, and utilization.
  
• Implement Agile-at-scale methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  
• Standardize delivery processes and ensure compliance with Cyient’s PMO and governance frameworks.
  
• Drive automation-first approach across all digital delivery functions.
  

Business Growth

• Collaborate with Sales & Pre-Sales for RFPs, solutioning, estimation, and deal shaping.
  
• Drive YoY account growth through value creation and digital transformation opportunities.
  
• Craft future-ready digital roadmaps, solution blueprints, and transformation initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 18+ years of experience in IT delivery with at least

  8+ years leading large digital engineering portfolios

  .
• Strong leadership in managing multi-million-dollar digital programs across global clients.
  
• Deep understanding of modern digital technologies:
  
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
• AI/ML Engineering (LLMs, MLOps, GenAI)
  
• Data Engineering (Spark, Python, ETL, Data Lakes)
  
• DevOps & SRE (CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes)
  
• Microservices & Modern Application Development
  
• Cybersecurity
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  
• Proven ability to build, scale, and motivate high-performing engineering teams.
  
• Experience working with global teams and large enterprise clients.
  

• Strictly no ERP background required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• Certifications in Cloud, AI/ML, Agile, or DevOps (AWS/Azure Architect, SAFe, etc.).
  
• Experience in delivering programs using GenAI and advanced analytics will be an advantage.
