Hiring, onboarding, and grievance management for Flex Wish Masters
Manage a network of 75+ workforce vendors
Oversee 100 influencer agencies & 1500 active individual influencers
Sustain & scale partner and non-partner models through key performance metrics (Kirana, LMA, True Flex, APM, Power Flex, Efflux, Migrant model)
Manage last mile & first mile operations across 800+ hubs
Build and execute long-term supply roadmap and planning
Own and drive zonal variable CPS
Lead supply people strategy team design, culture, audits & engagement
Design performance metrics to evaluate partner efficiency
Build strong sourcing strategies using both traditional and modern funnels
End-to-end peak hiring program management (budgeting, planning, execution)
Partner with Ops, HR, Finance, Legal, Design, BRM/FST & Insurance teams
Innovate and explore new manpower models for supply sustainability
Act as a one-stop solution for end-to-end supply operations
Lead generation to WM onboarding
Material and cash reconciliation
