Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Molding Supervisor, located in Haridwar. The Injection Molding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily injection molding operations, including production planning, quality control, and managing manufacturing operations. This role involves ensuring that production schedules are met, monitoring and optimizing molding processes, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Skills in Following Production Planning and Production Management Expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management Strong leadership and team management abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is an advantage Excellent communication and organizational skills Show more Show less
