Utilize Zscalers troubleshooting tools and best practices to identify and address problems promptly. Firewall Management: Manage firewall policies and rules within the Zscaler platform. Ensure secure traffic flow and compliance with organizational policies. User Support: Provide level 3 support to end-users experiencing Zscaler-related issues. Educate users on Zscaler features and self-help options. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to Zscaler configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Participate in incident response and security incident investigations.
