Asst. Manager – Infra Operations Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • Proven experience managing corporate IT infrastructure and services • Expertise in server, storage, cloud, network, and surveillance systems • Proficient in Microsoft technologies, AWS, and Azure • Implement and maintain IT policies and standards • Lead IT operations and projects • Manage system upgrades and maintenance • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience with Office 365, Windows, Linux, Intune, and Kandji • Collaborate across departments to address IT issues • Monitor system performance and generate reports • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Maintain high customer satisfaction for IT services • Stay current with technology trends and best practices • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
