HIH – Infrastructure Engineering Advisor (ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer)

Performance Analytics
Position Overview As a Performance Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of dedicated experience working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and possess a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities. Experience with Platform Analytics is highly desirable, and familiarity with UI Builder would be a significant advantage.

Location & Hours of Work:

• Full-time position, extended/ Split shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST / 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST) working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
