About the Role:

Administration & Infrastructure Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and facility operations across the campus.
• Coordinate logistics for transportation and internal material movement.
• Plan and execute institutional events such as orientations, annual functions, and seminars.
• Manage inventory of stationery and administrative supplies and various assets.
• Ensure smooth functioning of utilities and support services.
• Class allocation, operations, monitoring etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 25 years of experience in administration or facilities management (educational sector preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of school ERP systems is an advantage.
