Job Summary The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure using Zenoss. With a hybrid work model the specialist will ensure seamless operations during day shifts. This position requires 8 to 12 years of experience focusing on enhancing system performance and reliability contributing to the companys technological advancement. Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Zenoss to ensure optimal infrastructure monitoring and management. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zenoss with existing systems and processes. Develop and execute strategies to enhance system performance and reliability using Zenoss. Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address potential risks and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain infrastructure integrity and security. Implement automation solutions to streamline infrastructure operations and reduce manual interventions. Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Support the development of infrastructure policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Facilitate training sessions for team members on Zenoss functionalities and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Zenoss demonstrating proficiency in its application for infrastructure management. Have a strong background in infrastructure monitoring and optimization techniques. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive issue resolution. Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site tasks. Show expertise in integrating monitoring tools with existing systems for enhanced performance.
