Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk Admin and will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role involves managing and optimizing our infrastructure technology to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Splunk infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Splunk solutions to meet organizational needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Splunk-related issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Splunk with other systems and applications.
Develop and maintain documentation for Splunk configurations and processes.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in Splunk administration.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in infrastructure.
Implement automation scripts to streamline Splunk operations and reduce manual tasks.
Stay updated with the latest Splunk features and industry trends to drive innovation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized Splunk solutions.
Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong technical team.
Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Splunk Admin with proven experience in managing large-scale deployments.
Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation purposes.
Have a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with security standards.
Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
