Infra Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure and platform projects, including server upgrades, network enhancements, cloud migrations, and platform integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards during project execution
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for hardware, software, and service delivery
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes
• Facilitate post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technology Project Manager, with a focus on infrastructure and platforms
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (eg, servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms)
• Experience managing cloud migrations (eg, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and platform implementations
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (eg, Jira, MS Project, Trello)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly desirable

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (eg, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (eg, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-platform integrations
