Infra Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure and platform projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure components and project management methodologies.

• Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure and platform projects, including server upgrades, network enhancements, cloud migrations, and platform integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards during project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for hardware, software, and service delivery.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes, and facilitate post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

• Proven experience as a Technology Project Manager, focusing on infrastructure and platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience managing cloud migrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and platform implementations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-platform integrations.
