Job Summary

Responsibilities

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms APIs scripting (e.g. JavaScript Python) and IT infrastructure concepts.
Experience with ITSM/DevOps Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow Jira Splunk PagerDuty or other incident management and monitoring tools is highly desirable.
Incident Management Knowledge: Solid grasp of ITIL processes incident response protocols and digital operations best practices.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess workflows analyze incidents identify root causes and recommend improvements.

Problem-Solving: Proactive troubleshooting skills and the capacity to resolve complex technical challenges under pressure.
Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to configuration documentation and change management.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools adapt to evolving technologies and respond flexibly to changing business needs.
