Job Description

Job Summary The Infra. Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives. With a focus on Zenoss the candidate will ensure optimal performance and scalability of systems. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively across teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Zenoss into existing systems Analyze current infrastructure and identify areas for improvement to optimize performance and scalability Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes to ensure clarity and consistency Provide technical expertise and guidance on Zenoss to support ongoing projects and initiatives Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities and support business growth Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability Implement security measures to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards Lead efforts to automate processes and improve system efficiency through innovative solutions Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable infrastructure plans Ensure infrastructure solutions are cost-effective and align with budgetary constraints Support disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard business continuity Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the infrastructure team Qualifications Possess a strong background in Zenoss with proven experience in infrastructure architecture Demonstrate expertise in designing scalable and efficient systems Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Have a solid understanding of security protocols and compliance standards Show proficiency in automation tools and techniques to enhance system performance Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Be adaptable to changing technologies and able to learn new tools quickly Bring a strategic mindset to align infrastructure solutions with business goals.
