Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design Excellence : Design and deliver beautiful, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Design System Leadership : Take a proactive role in shaping, evolving, and maintaining our component based design systems and comprehensive style guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. Design Ownership : Lead projects from initial concept and ideation through to final design delivery and implementation support, taking full ownership of the design lifecycle. Iterative Design : Drive continuous iteration on product design features by actively incorporating and responding to customer feedback, user testing results, and analytics. Prototyping & Collaboration : Utilize Figma (or Sketch) for all design and prototyping activities, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical design experience. 5+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. Mastery of design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma and/or Sketch, capable of bringing complex ideas to life. A compelling portfolio of work that clearly demonstrates strong skills in typography, interaction design, and user-centred visual design excellence. Proven ability to ensure the quality and consistency of visual design throughout all phases of your projects, from initial concept to final implementation. An excellent communicator with a natural ability to articulate design thinking, explain design decisions effectively, and bring cross-functional teams along on the design journey. Extensive experience in creating and maintaining component-based design systems. Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards. Good To Have Skills Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Familiarity with motion design principles and tools.
