Key Responsibility: * Working in Figma to design beautiful and intuitive user interfaces across both web and mobile platforms* Creating a polished, intuitive and accessible user experience.* Shape our design systems and style guidelines* Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion* Iterating on product design features following customer feedback Knowledge And Skills: * A master of all things Figma/Sketch; this is where our designing and prototyping all take place* Able to demonstrate skills via a portfolio of work showcasing skills in typography, interaction and user-centred visual design excellence.* Able to ensure the quality and consistency of visual design throughout all phases of your projects* An excellent communicator who is able to explain their thinking and design decisions naturally able to get people along on the journey with you* Experienced in creating and maintaining component-based design systems
