Senior Ux Designer

You will use your creativity and eye for design along with your technical knowledge to develop great experiences. You'll work with the visual designer, product manager, and our development team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for user research, interaction design, visual design, and content artifacts that communicate design decisions for the user experience and user interface
• Evolving and evangelizing our Design System
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes and understanding User Persona.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UX design strategy for the brand.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Document and communicate design (via detailed instructions for layout, typography, workflow, macro and micro-interactions, animations, color, and UI behaviors).
• Take a user-centered approach to design processes and methods
• Guide and validate design decisions with user research methods and existing data
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Plan and implement new designs
  

Desired Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years UI/UX designing experience for digital products or services.
• A team player, but is able to work independently too
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Hands-on experience in UX research, including planning, designing, and analyzing findings and articulating results,
• UX design, including information architecture, user and screen flows
• Familiarity with multiple web UI technologies and libraries, such as OOCSS, SCSS, CSS3, HTML, D3, JavaScript, Angular, React, Polymer, and or others.
• Experience with current industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Zeplin, Principle, or InVision.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML5, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must have knowledge of cybersecurity tools
