Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer & Webflow Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and development of modern, responsive websites. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of aesthetics, an expert-level understanding of Webflow, and advanced design skills using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. This role also involves creating high-quality graphics and social media creatives that align with the brands identity. Job Title: Senior Web Designer & WebFlow Developer Location: Pune Required Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces using Figma , ensuring optimal user experience and brand consistency. Website Development (Webflow): Develop professional, responsive websites in Webflow using both its visual editor and custom HTML/CSS for advanced styling and interactions. Maintain and update existing websites with design improvements and functional enhancements. Graphic & Social Media Design: Design promotional creatives, banners, and graphics for websites and social media platform s using Photoshop and Illustrator . Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content. Design Systems & Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve a consistent design language across all digital platforms. Create and manage design systems where applicable. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and content teams to align design and communication strategies. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in web and graphic design. Expert-level proficiency in Webflow and other drag-and-drop website builders. Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS (including responsive and adaptive design techniques). Advanced skills in Figma , Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
