Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Information Security Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting risk assessments, and enhancing the organization’s overall security posture. This role involves close collaboration with IT, engineering, and compliance teams to protect systems, data, and brand reputation from evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities: ● Monitor and investigate security alerts and incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructure. ● Conduct vulnerability assessments, assist in remediation, and track closure with relevant teams. ● Enforce secure web access and internet policies across the organization. ● Monitor external threat landscape, including brand-related risks and potential data exposures. ● Analyze logs and events from various sources to detect anomalies and potential threats. ● Implement security best practices across systems, networks, and cloud environments. ● Develop and maintain information security policies, playbooks, and operational procedures. ● Automate security processes and reporting using scripting languages. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security assessments, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives. ● Support awareness programs, phishing simulations, and internal security training.

Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. ● 3–5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity roles. ● Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, App Script, or similar languages ● Experience in incident detection and response, endpoint security, and threat analysis. ● Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, web filtering, and VPNs. ● Familiarity with vulnerability management and external threat monitoring. ● Knowledge of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ● Good understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks (ISO, SOC, etc.). ● Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications: ● CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Security – Specialty

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
