Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Information Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for IT sales, lead generation, and account management. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their IT needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in IT Sales and Information Technology
Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
Excellent Communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
