This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works collaboratively with technical teams, and is comfortable leading conversations with senior decision-makers.

What the role involves?

You will take ownership of:

• Developing and implementing structured sales strategies.
• Identifying new opportunities across global markets, especially the USA.
• Generating new client leads every month.
• Managing the complete sales cycle - outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Building relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, CFOs, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design solutions aligned with client needs.
• Maintaining strong ongoing account management and client handling.
• Monitoring market trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to refine your approach.
• Preparing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Representing Brickwork through domestic and international travel when required.

Who will do well here?

- 4+ years in C2H staffing sales in the global market.

- 3+ years of experience in the USA market.

- Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, IT infrastructure, and emerging tech.

- Clear communication, thoughtful negotiation, and structured presentation skills.

- Someone who is self-driven, organised, and comfortable managing strategic accounts and C-level relationships.

Educational Qualification

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. MBA or relevant certifications in IT/Sales will be an added advantage.
