As an IT Manager & Client Support at Penguin Data Centre, you will be responsible for leading the IT & Client Support Operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading IT & Client Support Operations, ensuring high availability and system efficiency. - Overseeing server, database, and network management for optimal performance. - Developing and enforcing IT policies, data security standards, and governance frameworks. - Managing SQL databases, performing system health checks, and maintaining backup and recovery protocols. - Supervising internal IT support and external client technical assistance for SLA compliance. - Handling critical incident escalations and driving quick, effective resolutions. - Managing vendor contracts, licensing, and hardware/software lifecycle. - Mentoring and guiding the support team for technical skill development. - Collaborating with product and project teams to align IT initiatives with business needs. - Maintaining detailed documentation for systems architecture and troubleshooting workflows. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech / BE preferred). - 4-6 years of proven experience in IT Management, Technical Support, or Infrastructure Operations. - Expertise in Server Management, Database Administration, and SQL. - Strong understanding of networking, cloud environments, and data centre operations. - Experience in managing client-facing technical support functions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team effectively. - Strong communication, documentation, and coordination capabilities.
