Job Description

As a ServiceNow Product Owner specializing in IT Operations Management, your role revolves around meeting business requirements, maintaining high service quality, and ensuring professional implementation in operational activities. Your core values and value proposition are centered on supporting projects and global operations, as well as providing 2nd and 3rd level support for ServiceNow, while also consulting customers/users on business requirements related to the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the ServiceNow ITOM product, including the Discovery processes and data source management - Oversee the functional architecture, process landscape, and implementation of the existing ServiceNow product ITOM - Plan, coordinate, and control product functionalities in collaboration with the platform owner, platform architect, and business stakeholders - Continuously improve the overarching module implementation and provide dashboards and reporting on process KPIs of ITOM processes - Offer consultancy and support to the business in planning, process design, evaluation, and implementation of new and existing ITOM product services - Document modifications and configurations functionally and technically, and conduct regular information sessions for stakeholders - Develop, maintain, and update internal communication/marketing measures for the ITOM product - Author themes, epics, and user stories, and define features for processes and functionalities within the ITOM product Qualifications Required: - University degree or equivalent recognized degree - Minimum six (6) years of experience in the ServiceNow environment - Minimum four (4) years of experience in IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management - Strong skills and experience in implementing and maintaining the ITOM environment - Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM, SAM processes, asset integration interfaces, and the ServiceNow data model - Ability to independently model structured processes and work successfully in an agile environment - High motivation in quality documentation preparation and intercultural experience - Solution-oriented, structured way of working with an interest in innovative solution approaches - Friendly, communicative, team-oriented appearance with comfort in public speaking situations - Basic travel readiness and proficiency in English (writing and speaking) Additionally, your technical know-how should include: Mandatory: - ITOM: 4 years of experience - ServiceNow Domain: 6 years of experience - ServiceNow implementation and ITOM implementation experience - Provide hands-on support to the support team and troubleshoot issues occurring post Go-live With a total experience of 8-12 years and at least 6 years in a related field, industry, or products, including 4 years in ITAM and asset accounting processes, you are well-equipped to excel in this role.,
