Job Description

Role Overview

IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and applications.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
  • Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Support email, VPN, and cloud applications for employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and procurement.
  • Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networks, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
