Information Technology Executive

As a Technical Support Specialist at Courtyard by Marriott, your role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to computer software and systems. You will provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business issues, analyze processes, and implement improvements. Your responsibilities will include entering commands, activating controls on computer and peripheral equipment, troubleshooting, modifying, supporting, managing, and maintaining application programs and user accounts. Additionally, you will maintain records of data communication transactions, train users in hardware and software usage, and manage telecommunications activities.
