Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Information Technology Executive. The role involves managing IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable network administration. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues promptly, and supporting seamless system performance to meet operational needs. The incumbent will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and providing efficient Technical Support to resolve IT-related issues.
• Knowledge of Network Administration and ensuring secure and efficient networking systems.
• Proficiency in managing Information Technology and overseeing daily IT Operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an on-site environment effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in IT roles within the hospitality or related industries is an advantage.
