We're Hiring: Nutanix Infra Engineer – L2 Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 4–8 years (Min. 2 years in Nutanix L2 support) Kuhu Granth Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Kuhu Enterprises) is actively looking for a skilled Nutanix Infra Engineer (Level 2) to join our growing infrastructure team! Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 support for Nutanix solutions including AHV, Prism, and Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware/software issues with root cause analysis Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams for effective incident resolution Perform L1 administration for virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV) Offer L1-level support for storage systems and backup operations Ensure SLAs are met for incident management and support ticket handling Assist in documentation and training material creation Required Skills & Qualifications: 4–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in L2 Nutanix support Strong knowledge of AHV, Prism, and Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Familiarity with networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP Excellent communication and problem-solving skills If you're passionate about infrastructure technology and want to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, we’d love to connect with you!
