Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer at CSV Trade Trail Pvt. Ltd. located in Delhi, India. The Software Engineer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles in building and maintaining scalable and robust trading systems. Role Overview You’ll manage and automate the technical foundation that keeps our trading systems, servers, and network secure and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable debugging a firewall issue, writing a quick Python automation, and managing version control or deployments. Key Responsibilities Manage and secure LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and VPNs . Administer Windows/Linux servers , Active Directory, and system backups. Automate routine admin and monitoring tasks using Python or Bash scripts . Manage version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.) and deployment workflows. Configure and monitor network devices (Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquiti) . Maintain network security , endpoint protection, and access controls. Support internal teams with connectivity, permissions, and system issues. Maintain documentation of setups, scripts, and procedures. Collaborate with developers for smooth CI/CD and server operations. Skills Requirements Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing . Hands-on experience with Windows Server / Linux , firewalls , and VPNs . Knowledge of Python automation , scripting, or DevOps-style workflows. Familiar with Git, Perforce , or other version control systems. Solid grasp of system hardening and security practices . Experience with NAS setups, UPS, CCTV, and structured cabling is a plus.
