As Consultant, (S)He will have expert knowledge and understanding of SAP functional and technical Warehouse Management capabilities including the best practices in the industry. The role will be part of the ERP Service Warehousing Enablement team to support our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Mainly supporting day-to-day operations in multiple SAP systems to ensure systems stability and service continuity. As our new colleague, you will be part of a well-functioning global team of committed and skilled IT consultants, who are front runners within SAP ERP, implementing the full suite of the latest S4/Hana technology. Job Responsibilities Support Incidents in IM/WM/EWM area by providing qualified solutions within targeted SLA, Support Problems by taking tasks and good coordination with team members within targeted SLA Communicate with end users to understand actual needs and propose solutions Sharing knowledge with other team members Support SAP customization in cooperation with our Build team Provide UAT for the OneERP Program and Post go-live Support of existing platforms and modules Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members Background & Skills 4+ years of support experience within Extend Warehouse Management area. Should have Service mindset with operation excellence Flexibility to work in EMEA shift. Ability to assess and prioritize based on business impact and urgency.
