Job Summary:

IT System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, security groups, and licensing.
• Implement and monitor security/compliance policies including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and MDM.

Dynamics 365 Administration:

• Maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, Sales, Customer Service modules, etc.).
• Perform system configurations, manage workflows, dashboards, and customizations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions within Dynamics 365.

System & Infrastructure Management:

• Manage Windows-based servers, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Perform routine system monitoring, patch management, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, network connectivity, and Microsoft services.

Documentation & Support:

• Maintain IT documentation for system configurations, processes, and SOPs.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and assist users with troubleshooting.
• Conduct user training and create guides for Microsoft tools.

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft 365

  Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Proficiency in

  Azure Active Directory

  PowerShell scripting

  Intune/Endpoint Manager

• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows server environments, DNS/DHCP, and basic networking.
• Ability to handle IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
