Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) professional

to design, implement, and manage enterprise data quality solutions. The candidate will lead data quality initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Architect and implement data quality frameworks using Informatica IDQ.
Develop complex mappings, mapplets, rules, and workflows for profiling, cleansing, standardization, and matching.

Data Governance & Integration

Integrate IDQ with PowerCenter, Axon, EDC, and other governance tools.
Work closely with business teams to define data quality rules and standards.

Leadership & Mentoring

Guide and mentor junior developers on best practices.
Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.

Performance Optimization

Optimize IDQ jobs for scalability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with governance policies.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDQ (10.x or higher).
Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and matching.
Solid understanding of ETL concepts, Informatica PowerCenter, and data warehousing.
Advanced SQL and performance tuning skills.
Experience with data governance tools (Axon, EDC) and metadata management.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Collibra or similar governance platforms.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to CDQ (Cloud Data Quality) for cloud-native environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
