Job Summary

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) professional

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development
- Architect and implement
  data quality frameworks
  using Informatica IDQ.
- Develop complex
  mappings, mapplets, rules, and workflows
  for profiling, cleansing, standardization, and matching.
Data Governance & Integration
- Integrate IDQ with
  PowerCenter
  ,
  Axon
  ,
  EDC
  , and other governance tools.
- Work closely with business teams to define
  data quality rules and standards
  .
Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Participate in
  code reviews
  and enforce development standards.
Performance Optimization
- Optimize IDQ jobs for scalability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with governance policies.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
Informatica IDQ (10.x or higher)
.
Expertise in
data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and matching
.
Solid understanding of
ETL concepts
,
Informatica PowerCenter
, and
data warehousing
.
Advanced
SQL
and performance tuning skills.
Experience with
data governance tools
(Axon, EDC) and
metadata management
.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of
Collibra
or similar governance platforms.
Familiarity with
cloud data platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to
CDQ (Cloud Data Quality)
for cloud-native environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
