Job Position | Technical Lead – Informatica MDM

About the Role:

Requirements:

• Proficient in Informatica MDM components, including Hub Console, IDD, Match, Merge and Hierarchy Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Informatica Data Quality and data profiling.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, Teradata etc.
• Understanding of data modelling, data integration, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions for domains such as Customer, Product or Employee.
• Familiarity with integrating MDM systems with enterprise applications.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Development and Configuration:

• Develop and configure Informatica MDM on-premises solutions, including Hub Console, IDD (Informatica Data Director), Match & Merge, and Hierarchy Manager.
• Implement MDM workflows, match rules, business rules, and data validations to meet business requirements.
• Design and develop data integration workflows using Informatica tools to load and synchronize data with the MDM Hub.
• Integrate MDM with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses using standard connectors and APIs.
• Implement data quality rules and processes using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to ensure clean and consistent master data.
• Support data governance initiatives by maintaining metadata, data lineage, and audit trails in the MDM system.

1. Testing and Validation:

• Perform unit, integration, and system testing to validate MDM configurations and workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

1. System Support and Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain the MDM environment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.

1. Documentation and Collaboration:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data stewards, and other stakeholders to understand and address data management needs.
