Infor Global HR Techno/Functional

The key skills required are as follows:

• 
  4- 10 Years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson
• 
  Bachelor’s Degree
• 
  Masters in Human Resource Management is desirable
• 
  Experience in at least one end to end implementation project including requirement gathering, business analysis, designing the system, system configuration, integration, testing and AMS is required.
• 
  Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules is a must: Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety
• 
  Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Payroll or Infor Talent Management modules is desirable: Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation
• 
  Strong troubleshooting skills in configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions and interfaces required
• 
  Experience in version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11 and Mingle 12 is an advantage
• 
  Experience in working with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration of extensions and integrations is an added advantage
• 
  Experience in using Infor ION integration or interface, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD) an added advantage
• 
  Experience in using Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD) and Infor Landmark Reporting is an added advantage
• 
  Experience in Cognos reporting is desired, knowledge in BIRST Analytics reporting is an added advantage
• 
  Experience with Landmark Programming Language (LPL), Configuration Console and SoHo UX Configuration Manager is an added advantage
• 
  Experience in creating design solution blueprint, technical and functional specification documents and test scripts is required
• 
  Implementation process knowledge using agile methodology is an add on
• 
  Experience in Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities
• 
  Infor HCM certified consultants will be preferred. [Infor Certified HCM Global HR Consultant]
• 
  Strong analytical/problem-solving ability
