Infor Global HR Techno/Functional

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your 4-10 years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson to contribute towards end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, business analysis, system design, configuration, integration, testing, and AMS. Your expertise in Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules such as Core HR, Benefits, and Health & Safety will be essential in this role. Strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Infor HCM CloudSuite, and proficiency in Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL will be advantageous. Additionally, your ability to create design solution blueprints, technical specifications, and test scripts will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize 4-10 years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson for end-to-end implementation projects - Gather requirements, perform business analysis, design systems, configure, integrate, test, and provide AMS - Demonstrate expertise in Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules like Core HR, Benefits, and Health & Safety - Troubleshoot configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions, and interfaces - Utilize experience with Infor HCM CloudSuite, Java/JavaScript/JSP, and SQL for technical configuration - Work with Infor ION integration/interface, Infor Process Automation/Developer, Infor Spreadsheet Designer, and Infor Landmark Reporting - Create design solution blueprints, technical specifications, and test scripts - Apply knowledge of agile methodology in the implementation process - Support deployment activities including local design workshops, implementation, and hyper-care related activities - Preferably hold Infor Certified HCM Global HR Consultant certification - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Collaborate effectively in teams and interact across all levels - Thrive in ambiguous situations and work effectively under pressure - Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree; Masters in Human Resource Management is desirable - Experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson with at least one end-to-end implementation project - Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Infor HCM CloudSuite - Proficiency in Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration - Experience with Infor ION integration/interface, Infor Process Automation/Developer, Infor Spreadsheet Designer, and Infor Landmark Reporting - Infor Certified HCM Global HR Consultant certification is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Ability to work effectively in teams and across all levels - Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio,
