As an Assistant Director - Time and Expense Assistant Product Manager within the Mercury Support Team (MST), a collaborative Finance/Enterprise Technology organization at EY, you will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative technologies that underpin our core operational processes throughout the Opportunity and Engagement Lifecycle and associated Finance Applications. Key Responsibilities: - Document business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense components. - Support the lead Product Manager in communicating with stakeholders and the technical team. - Engage in product update lifecycle, emphasizing demand, requirements, validation, and business signoff. - Facilitate requirements review, validation activities, and user acceptance testing for new features. - Ensure adherence to industry best practices, regulations, and internal policies. - Monitor the effectiveness of SAP components in supporting business operations and report on their impact. - Manage functional incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through resolution. - Analyze batch failures/errors and provide insights to the lead Product Manager. - Assist in staffing planning across SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense product suite. - Mentor and develop team members, oversee onboarding, and facilitate career development. - Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems within the department. Skills And Attributes Required: - 5+ years of experience in business system environment with expertise in SAP Concur employee expense solution. - Proficiency in SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense solutions for global professional services organizations. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse cultural settings. - Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework, and Machine Learning. Qualifications: - Creative mindset with analytical skills and ability to manage complex projects independently. - Effective listening and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to meet global organizational needs.
