• Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Insta, FB and other social platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Develop influencer briefs aligned with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Coordinate content creation, approvals, and campaign timelines.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports (reach, engagement, ROI).
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers or agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (social media, content, design, product) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of influencer platforms and tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance.
• Creative thinker with an eye for trends, content, and branding.
