Job Description

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Influencer Marketing Specialist in Gurgaon with Signify.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, emerging platforms).
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with influencers, creators, and content partners.
Collaborate with influencers to co-create authentic and impactful content that resonates with our audience.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
Create brand content by themselves, for amplifying the brand proposition.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: briefing, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, campaign execution, and reporting.
Work closely with the content & marketing team to ensure influencer activations align with brand objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI.

What We re Looking For

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or content-driven campaigns.
Strong content creation skills ability to conceptualize and create content independently or collaboratively with influencers.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage influencer relationships effectively.
A creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into engaging campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and reporting.
