Role Summary We’re looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and manage our influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who understands social media dynamics, influencer ecosystems, and the importance of authentic storytelling. Key Responsibilities Identify, vet, and build partnerships with relevant influencers and content creators. Negotiate collaboration terms and onboard influencers aligned with our brand values. Plan, execute, and oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to content approvals. Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with insights and KPIs. Foster long-term relationships with high-performing influencers and brand advocates. Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging creators. What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, PR, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer campaign trends. Hands-on with Excel/Sheets and basic analytics tools. Passionate about spiritual brands, D2C space, and content marketing.
