Job Title: Influencer Marketing (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies across industries.
• Identify and onboard the right influencers for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns including negotiation, contracts, content approvals, and deliverables.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Lead a small team and collaborate closely with creative, social media, and brand teams.
• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency or media environment.
• Strong network of influencers and industry connections.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Immediate availability is a must.
