Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing & SMO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage influencer collaborations, social media campaigns, and brand awareness activities across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, building online communities, and executing influencer partnerships that align with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, events, and brand promotions.
• Track influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.

Social Media Optimization (SMO):

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
• Grow followers, engagement rate, and overall online presence.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and influencer platforms (e.g., Heepsy, Upfluence).
• Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative campaign ideas.
