Influencer Marketing

As an Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for leading collaborations with influencers in the beauty, lifestyle, and wellness categories. Your main tasks will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. - Negotiating contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies. - Planning and executing influencer campaigns that align with brand objectives and product launches. - Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports on reach, engagement, and conversions. - Collaborating with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, performance marketing) to ensure cohesive messaging. - Staying updated on influencer trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities. - Building long-term relationships with key influencers to strengthen brand advocacy. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships. - A strong network of influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness niches is preferred. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - An analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns. - A creative eye for content and a good understanding of social media trends. - The ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
